Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: a flat $8, and free when you buy 2 or more (orders of $59.98 or more).
- Express shipping: $15, where available at checkout.
Your final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Delivery then takes about 9 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may ship separately. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Order tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update addresses before an order ships, and we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
